Caramel Shaved Ice Galore! A twist on the shaved iced dessert - a blog comparison on patbingsoo in Seoul is coming soon btw...Here, the ice is soft, topped with caramel ice-cream and a piece of caramel almond brittle, filled with assorted nuts and accompanied with soft sea-salt caramel cubes and extra caramel syrup for the the bottom half of the dessert.
Great dessert to share - it is huge! We shared between 5 people but we also ordered 2 cakes. I'd say it's a 3 person potion.
Delicious caramel ice all the way through! And you can drizzle more caramel as you please with the extra liquid caramel they give you!
Variety of other ades, coffee and tea to go along with their selection of cakes and tarts! We had the tiramisu and red velvet and they were both exceeding expectations! They are more Korean style which means less sweet/heavy than Western style, but they were delicious! Light, fluffy and great balance of cream to cake!
It is a cafe on one floor, and a baking studio on another!
Cute dessert cafe - small, so you may have to wait, but you can put down your number and they will call you when they have a table.

Directions: From Sinsa Station, Exit 8, go straight, turn left down Garosugil. Go down, turn left down one street parallel to Garosugil (the street Gong Cha is on). Keep going for about 100 metres.
